Privacy Policy

Your call work stays yours.

CallPath provides guided sales-call support while keeping playbooks, answer selections, and notes in your local Chrome profile.

Last updated: September 13, 2026 Applies to the CallPath extension and website
01

What CallPath stores locally

CallPath stores the information needed for its user-facing discovery workflow in the Chrome profile where the extension is installed. This may include:

  • Playbooks you import into CallPath.
  • The current website domain, so the interface can maintain context while you work.
  • Answer selections, qualification signals, call notes, and generated call summaries.
  • Local settings and playbook preferences.

This information is stored on your device using Chrome's local extension storage. CallPath does not receive or maintain a server-side copy.

02

What CallPath does not collect

CallPath does not operate a backend server and does not use analytics, telemetry, advertising trackers, or automatic AI connections. It does not read or collect page bodies, form contents, passwords, payment-card fields, or general browsing history.

CallPath does not sell personal information.

CallPath does not transfer user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

03

How information can leave your device

Information leaves CallPath only when you deliberately choose an action that moves it—for example, copying a summary, exporting a file, or pasting content into a company-approved AI tool or another service.

Once you move information to another service, that service's privacy policy and your organization's policies apply. CallPath does not control or automatically initiate those transfers.

04

Retention and deletion

Saved call answers and notes are configured to expire automatically after 30 days. You can delete them sooner through CallPath's Privacy & Data controls. Imported playbooks and settings remain locally until you remove them, clear extension storage, or uninstall the extension.

Uninstalling CallPath or clearing Chrome extension data may permanently remove locally stored information. Export anything you need before doing so.

05

Security and sensitive information

Anyone with access to your Chrome profile, device, clipboard, or exported files may be able to access content you place in CallPath. Use device security controls and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.

Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal data into CallPath.

06

Website support requests

If you submit a ticket through the CallPath support page, the form collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, issue category, extension version, and message. The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered by email to [email protected] so the request can be reviewed and answered.

Support-form information is used only to respond to the request, troubleshoot CallPath, and maintain a reasonable record of support communication. Do not include prospect details, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive data in a support ticket.

07

Your choices and controls

You control what you enter into CallPath and when information is copied or exported. You can delete saved call answers and notes through Privacy & Data, remove imported playbooks, clear Chrome extension storage, or uninstall the extension.

COMING SOON

Company AI Extract

Company AI Extract is a planned feature and is not an automatic data connection in the current local-only workflow. Before any version of CallPath sends information to an AI provider or another external service, the relevant provider, data categories, purpose, user controls, and consent flow will be disclosed clearly. This policy will be updated before that data practice begins.

08

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

CallPath's use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. Any access to user data is limited to providing or improving CallPath's single-purpose, user-facing sales-call guidance features.

CallPath does not use user data for personalized advertising, credit decisions, or sale to third parties, and does not permit humans to read user data except with the user's specific consent, when necessary for security, or when required by law.

09

Children's privacy

CallPath is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. The extension is not intended to collect personal information from children.

10

Changes to this policy

If CallPath's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the new practice begins. Material changes will also be disclosed in the extension or its Chrome Web Store listing when required.
